In response to the global shortage of skilled talents, the Company aligns with the development direction of international human resources and vocational education, closely following the talent needs of global enterprises. It has established educational and training institutions in Weihai and Heze, Shandong; Hanoi, Vietnam; Yangon, Myanmar; Dhaka, Bangladesh; and Kathmandu, Nepal, etc. Based on international talent demands, the Company trains skilled workers and dispatches them to overseas enterprises and projects. In addition, the Company provides customized technical and language training for local employees of overseas Chinese enterprises in their respective countries, according to the requirements of these enterprises.
Heze Vocational School of International Business and Economics, Shandong, China
Heze Vocational School of International Business and Economics, invested and established by the Company, is a full-time vocational school covering an area of 65,000 square meters with a gross floor area of 52,000 square meters. The school offers over ten popular majors, including rehabilitation nursing, computer science, E-commerce, electromechanical technology and application, automotive repair, and early childhood care and education (ECCE), with more than 3,200 students enrolled. Since its establishment, the school has been actively committed to creating a comprehensive vocational education model that integrates secondary vocational education, spring vocational education college entrance examination, National College Entrance Examination (NCEE) , overseas study, and domestic and international employment, to provides students with a one-stop education pathway from secondary vocational education to college and university studies, overseas study, and employment.
Weihai Vanfon International Education Center, Shandong, China
The Company owns a professional training school covering an area of over 7,000 square meters. The school currently has 10 faculty members and 2 foreign teachers, with 31 classrooms for multimedia, language, overseas life experience, and skills training, as well as 78 dormitories, a cafeteria, bathrooms, vending machines, and other living facilities, which can accommodate over 600 trainees and resident at the same time. The school focuses on language training in Japanese, German, and English, as well as quality education, physical training, and skills training, providing training for students seeking overseas employment, study abroad, and Japanese language college entrance exams. As of now, the school has educated and trained more than 100,000 students in various fields.
Myanmar Vanfon International Education Center, Yangon, Myanmar
The center was established in 2019, covering a gross floor area of 5,800 square meters and can accommodate 500 people for language and skills training. The center currently has 15 faculty members and has established partnerships with several Japanese talent dispatch companies and medical institutions. The center offers specialized training classes for technical internships and specific skills, offering training on language, Japanese culture, and professional skills.
Vietnam Vanfon International Education Center, Hanoi, Vietnam
Established in 2016, the center covers a gross floor area of 3,000 square meters and is fully equipped with teaching and living facilities, which can accommodate over 200 trainees at the same time. The center currently has 11 faculty members, including 6 full-time training teachers, all with extensive experience in overseas labor training. The center implements a quasi-military accommodation management system to strengthen trainees' physical training, internal affairs training, and technical training alongside language training. As of now, the center has trained and dispatched over 2,000 labor personnel, whose excellent comprehensive qualities, strong technical skills, and outstanding language proficiency have earned high praise from receiving organizations.
Bangladesh Future International Education Center, Dhaka, Bangladesh
The center was established in 2022. In order to broaden international vision and enhance cultural exchange, the center has hired Japanese teachers to provide professional Japanese language education and training for students, enabling them to master Japanese communication skills and prepare for work in Japan. Meanwhile, the center has established partnerships with several well-known construction training centers in Dhaka to jointly cultivate skilled talents in the construction field. With its dual advantages in Japanese education and construction skills training, the center is committed to cultivating well-rounded talents with international competitiveness.
